This forty year old building with a forty year old HVAC system represented a challenge for Thermo-Trol Systems, the owner, and the design build contracting team. All HVAC and controls upgrades needed to be performed in a fully functional building with minimal disruption to tenants. This building was upgraded with a chilled water plant optimization solution, (by Automated Logic). Our controls approach ensured the latest implementation of technology, analytics, graphics, and optimization of HVAC equipment.
