City of Virginia Beach Convention Center

Thermo-Trol Systems installed the first BACnet DDC system in Virginia Beach at this facility. As part of new construction project Thermo-Trol Systems installed/commissioned all BACnet DDC systems, chillers, AHUs, and terminal units. Thermo-Trol Systems partnered with the City of Virginia Beach staff in effort to receive LEED gold (existing buildings) certification. Our service department has provided DDC service and maintenance since the facility was built. Recently, Thermo-Trol Systems partnered with the City of Virginia Beach staff in order to implement a cost-effective demand control strategy for this 400,000 square foot facility.
