NORESCO (A Division of United Technologies) partnered with Thermo-Trol Systems to provide ECM’s (Energy Conservation Measures) at the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek and Fort Story. Thermo-Trol Systems installed one of largest, most successful base-wide DDC system for the Navy. This Automated Logic WebCTRL System (A Division of United Technologies) encompasses over 70 buildings of DDC and Mechanical Retrofit in 22 months. All worked was performed in buildings with live activities with minimal disruption to the command. The project today is considered the showcase of energy management solutions, building performance analytics and dashboarding graphics for the Navy.
